- Express Mail: Estimated delivery within 1 -2 business day.
- Free Shipping: On orders over $450 (Domestic Ground Advantage Shipping only)
2. Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Shipments are sent during our regular business hours, Tuesday through Saturday.

5. Shipping Restrictions:
- Some products may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations.
6. Delivery Issues:
- If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- Any shortages or wrong sent items must be claimed within 7 days after receiving the package.

- USPS (United States Postal Service) does not guarantee any estimated shipment arrival given.
- USPS shipping options chosen by the customer, especially expedited options, should be considered to be chosen at the customer's own risk.
- DrO Solutions is not responsible for late delivery of packages outside of the USA.
- Customers ordering internationally should expect the possibilities of delays in customs approval (parcels can stay at customs up to 90 days).
- The buyers are responsible to pay duties and fees of the recipient country.
- Customer responsibility to know what your country's voltage is before plugging in any devices. The wrong voltage will permanently damage your product and will void your warranty.
