Return Policy

By placing an order on DrOSolutions.com, you are agreeing to our return and shipping policies. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it according to our return policy. Shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer. Even if your order qualified for Free Shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for paying for shipment back to us. All returns need authorization before shipment.
  • Ozone Generators return can be accepted within 30 days of purchase date for FULL refund if item NOT USED and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If an item is USED, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The returned item MUST BE in saleable condition. After 30 days the item can be exchanged or repaired if needed. All our Ozone Generators have a one year manufacturer’s warranty and lifetime support.
  • Ozone Air Purifiers return can be accepted within 30 days of purchase date for FULL refund if item NOT USED and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If an item is USED, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The returned item MUST BE in saleable condition. After 30 days the item can be exchanged or repaired if needed.
  • Ozone Basic and Advanced Kits return can be accepted within 30 days of purchase date for FULL refund if Ozone Generator NOT USED and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All accessories NOT OPENED. If any items are USED or OPENED, a 20% restocking fee will apply for the full kit. The Kit MUST BE returned with Ozone Generator and all accessories.
  • Ozone Accessories, Insufflation Kits, Glassware, Syringes, Sauna Bags returnable within 30 days of purchase date if UNUSED, UNOPENED and in original packaging.
  • Portable Oxygen Concentrator return can be accepted within 30 days of purchase for FULL refund if item NOT USED and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If an item is USED, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The returned item MUST BE in saleable condition. After 30 days the item can be exchanged or repaired if needed. It has one year manufacturer’s warranty and lifetime support.
  • Oxygen Regulators returnable within 30 days of the purchase date. Must be free of scratches and in saleable condition.
  • Oxygen Accessories returnable within 30 days if UNUSED and in original packaging.
  • Hydrogen Bottle and Pitcher return can be accepted within 30 days of purchase for FULL refund if item NOT USED and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If an item is USED, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The returned item MUST BE in saleable condition. After 30 days the item can be exchanged or repaired if needed. All our Hydrogen Bottle and Pitcher have one year manufacturer’s warranty and lifetime support.
  • Oxyhydrogen Generator return can be accepted within 30 days of purchase date for FULL refund if item NOT USED and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If an item is USED, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The returned item MUST BE in saleable condition. After 30 days the item can be exchanged or repaired if needed. Oxyhydrogen Generators have a one year manufacturer’s warranty and lifetime support.
  • Electrotherapy Devices return can be accepted within 30 days of purchase date for FULL refund if item NOT USED and in ORIGINAL PACKAGING. If an item is USED, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The returned item MUST BE in saleable condition. After 30 days the devices can be exchanged or repaired if needed. Ionic comes with a 3 month warranty, HI-POT-EL and High Frequency Device D’arsonval come with a one year warranty and lifetime support.
  • Dietary Supplements returnable within 20 days of purchase date if NOT OPENED and SEALED.
  • Personal Harmonization Device not returnable.

* If the returned product is in unsellable condition (cracks, dents, scratches, odors, etc) additional restocking fees may apply or item may not be eligible for a refund. * If items are UNUSED and UNOPENED after 30 days of the purchase date they can be eligible for store credit. For this option, contact us at support@drosolutions.com * After we receive an item for a refund we need up to 5 business days to inspect it and issue the refund. * If you wish to exchange items that are not defective or damaged a shipping fee may apply. * Custom orders are not returnable. * If an order has been shipped and refused by the customer, not picked up on time from a USPS facility, or the wrong shipping address was provided, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Damaged, Defective Products or Shortage.

If you received damaged, defective or the wrong product it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible if we are notified within 10 days from the date of receipt. No fee will be applied. All shortages must be claimed within 10 days from the date of receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to immediately check the items for damage, defect or shortage upon receiving.
