B9/B12 Active supplies folate in the active form of calcium methylfolate, glucosamine salt. B9/B12 Active is a highly absorbable, activated form of folate, which does not require enzymatic conversion to 5-methylfolate in the body. The glucosamine salt form utilized in B9/B12 Active is more stable than other forms of methylfolate often used. Each serving (1/2 tablet) of B9/B12 Active contains 2,500 mcg of folate.
