Li-Zyme Forte™ supplies the trace mineral lithium as a whole food, phytochemically bound vegetable culture source. Lithium helps strengthen nerve cell connections in the brain and provides overall support for brain function.
Li Zyme Forte ™ supplies the trace mineral lithium as a whole food, phytochemically bound vegetable culture source. It may be used where a higher concentration of lithium is indicated. Typical dietary intakes of lithium range from 200 to 600 mcg per day, however certain population groups consume levels that are significantly higher. While not considered an essential trace mineral, animal studies have documented detrimental effects of lithium deficiency. Each tablet supplies 150mcg of plant sourced lithium.

†Specially grown, biologically active vegetable culture containing Phytochemically Bound Lithium™ and other phytochemicals including polyphenolic compounds with SOD and catalase, dehydrated at low temperature to preserve associated enzyme factors.
Stearic acid (vegetable source), food glaze, modified cellulose gum, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and cellulose. This product is gluten, dairy and GMO free.
Li Zyme Forte Dosages and Warnings:
One (1) to three (3) tablets each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
